Lawyers support diversity and equality...

The U.S. Constitution provides that the citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states, and the 14th amendment declares that "no state" shall abridge those privileges, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process. Our lawyers take these constitutional freedoms seriously, and we often remind juries of how a negligent person or company may have stifled our client's liberty and essentially taken our client's property without compensation.

Diversity means committing our law firm to seeking out diverse opinions, ethnically diverse expert witnesses and physicians, and to being mindful of the advantages of diversity in all aspects of our legal representation of clients. After all, our clients come from every walk of life and it is our job to help client's who often do not have the means to battle a big company.
